Payments at Lizaro

The Payments section lets you see which payment methods are available for your account based on the country you choose and your account currency.
Use the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs to compare options, and always check the cashier min/max limits shown for each method before confirming a transaction.
When withdrawing, approval and processing speed can depend on turnover requirements, verification (KYC) checks, and the operator’s withdrawal rules.
How to Check Which Methods You Can Use
The list of available methods may change if you adjust your selected country or currency. In Payments, choose a country, set a currency, then switch between Deposit and Withdrawal to review your options.
- Open the Payments page and verify your selected country
- Confirm your account currency (limits are displayed in this currency)
- Switch between Deposit and Withdrawal views
- Open a method to review the min/max limits shown in the cashier
Deposits: Basic Flow and Limits
If you need a full walkthrough, check our deposit steps and common issues guide before completing a payment in the cashier.
A typical deposit process is: pick a method, enter an amount that fits the displayed limits, then confirm the payment in the cashier. Methods and limits depend on the country and currency you selected in Payments.
- Choose the deposit method you want
- Enter an amount within the listed minimum and maximum
- Confirm the deposit and wait for the cashier balance/status to refresh
- If it fails, use the troubleshooting checklist below
As an example, EUR accounts may show card and crypto options such as Mastercard (€10–€2,000), Bitcoin (€30–€5,000), and several stablecoin/network choices (often €10–€5,000). Your available list can differ depending on country and currency.
| Method (example) | Currency view | Min–Max shown |
|---|---|---|
| Mastercard | EUR | €10 – €2,000 |
| Bitcoin | EUR | €30 – €5,000 |
| Ethereum | EUR | €10 – €5,000 |
| USDTether (TRC20) | EUR | €10 – €5,000 |
| USDCoin | EUR | €10 – €5,000 |
Withdrawals: Processing Time, Pending Cap, and VIP Limits
To understand cashout statuses and what “processing” usually involves, see our withdrawal status and timing guide before submitting a request.
Whenever possible, withdrawals are handled via the same payment method used to fund the account, and method-specific requirements or schedules may apply.
- Maximum number of pending withdrawals at one time: 3
- Financial department processing hours: 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday–Friday
- Requests are typically handled within 3 business days (subject to checks and conditions)
Withdrawal limits may also vary by VIP level. The Terms list daily and monthly caps by currency; below is the EUR/CHF example from the VIP limits table.
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 500 | 7,000 |
| Level 2 | 500 | 10,000 |
| Level 3 | 800 | 12,000 |
| Level 4 | 1,000 | 15,000 |
| Level 5 | 1,500 | 20,000 |
Common Rules That Can Prevent a Cashout
Before requesting a withdrawal, review the terms that affect deposits and withdrawals to understand turnover requirements, verification checks, and possible fee scenarios.
The Terms state a minimum x1 rollover before a withdrawal is allowed. They also describe a commission that may apply if the wagered amount is lower than the deposit (10% in general, and 15% in certain bank card/bank transfer cases).
- If a cashout is blocked: make sure you’ve met the x1 turnover requirement for the funds
- If a fee/commission appears: compare wagering volume to your most recent deposit amount and keep screenshots
- If verification is required: submit the requested documents and avoid repeated withdrawal submissions
- If a method is rejected: confirm whether the cashier requires the same method used for depositing
- If it feels slow: check whether your request was submitted within the GMT processing window (Mon–Fri)
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Inactive Accounts
Refunds are handled as exceptions and are not available after a deposit (or an associated bonus) has been used to place a bet. The Terms say refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction, and the operator aims to respond within 10 business days.
If you don’t log in for 180 days, the account may be treated as inactive. The Terms also mention a monthly administration fee of 5 EUR while the account remains inactive (subject to balance and the conditions described in the rules).
- Transaction date/time and amount
- Payment method used and any receipt/reference details
- Screenshots of the cashier result or error message
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
Troubleshooting Declines and Delays
Most payment issues come from mismatched settings, limits, pending caps, or ongoing checks. Follow this checklist and stop once you find the cause.
- Double-check your selected country and currency in Payments
- Confirm your amount is within the method’s min/max limits
- Try another available method if the current one is unavailable
- Make sure you don’t already have 3 pending withdrawals
- Compare your request time with the GMT processing window
- Complete any requested checks before trying again
- Use a clean browser session (private/incognito) if the cashier doesn’t refresh
When contacting support, provide your account email/username, method name, amount, date/time, the exact message displayed, and screenshots showing the cashier status.
Getting Help Faster
If you have screenshots and a clear timestamp, use the Help Centre for payments and verification so your request reaches the correct team.

FAQ
Why do payment methods change when I switch country or currency?
Because the cashier’s method list and displayed limits are linked to your selected country and account currency, and availability may differ by region and currency.
Can I withdraw with a different method than I used to deposit?
Whenever possible, withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used to fund the account, so an alternative method may not be available for the same withdrawal.
How many withdrawals can be pending at once?
The Terms state that a customer can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at the same time.
What does the x1 turnover rule mean before withdrawing?
It means you must meet a minimum x1 rollover before a withdrawal is allowed. The Terms also describe possible commission scenarios if wagering is lower than the deposit.
When are withdrawals processed, and how long can it take?
The Terms describe processing within 3 business days (subject to checks and conditions) and a financial department schedule of 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday–Friday.
What should I do if a deposit is declined or a withdrawal is delayed?
Re-check your country/currency selection, confirm you’re within the min/max limits, review the pending-withdrawal cap, compare timing to the GMT processing window, and keep screenshots ready for support.
